All it does is launch the app from another steamapp id because it's on another store page. ![]() Without the value proposition of getting 2 versions of the game I don't think the PC version is strong enough to hold on its own, and at least two of my friends won't buy Demeo at all without it. If given the choice between VR and flat mode, like table top simulator, they'll play the VR version once in a blue moon but many times they're happy to just jump on the flat version. Every single friend I have that I play VR with are less enthusiastic about the effort included and some don't have as clean setups that are plug and play. I agree with that sentiment, but I mostly agree from my friends' perspective. I hope that the PC Edition is separated for now because it is easier to develop that way without breaking the VR edition. I think it would be a pretty hard sell for most players to buy the game twice.
